The trial and tests in life will bend you, but they will not break you...

Though the palm tree bends, its root system remains grounded.  With resilience it bounces back from the storms that have just passed.  It is able to sway with the storm.  It does not fight against it, wearing itself out.  It flows; it is flexible. Often times I am asking you to flow with Me in the things I bring into your life instead of fighting against them.  If you are rooted in Me, then you can be sure that all things will work together for your good.
Please don't fight against what you see in the natural.  Don't be afraid of the storms.  Redirect your strength to the fact that you are grounded in Me.  I will see you through.  Dance with Me like a palm tree in the wind.  Dance all the more in worship and praise!  You may bend, but you won’t break! You are a testimony to all who watch in wonder!  Sing and sway your way through the storm.  Clap your hands, lift up your voice!  You're overcoming; you're growing!  You're rooted in Me, strong you shall be!  And surely all will say, “Only through God this day could you remain as you have displayed.”  The heavens and earth demonstrate His glory, and you by far are the greatest display of them all.
Rest your roots in Me.  Sink deep into the reserves of my greatness, for nothing is too difficult for Me.
