You have asked me the question, “Lord, What must I do?” Do? I question. Papa responded, Haven’t I already done everything? What more could you do? If you are trying to "do," it means you are trying to "earn." What could you possibly earn from Me that I haven't already given you? I don’t want you to be focused on your self-works. It can become a great trap that ensnares many of My children. Refuse to go down the path of self-works...

Only walk the path of My grace. The reason why it becomes a snare to you is that it’s anchored in your ego, which is rooted in fear. The ego wants to be appreciated for the work it's done. It longs for accolades and strokes for its own ability. When you operate from this place, it’s as though you are trying to earn my appreciation or gain some kind of credit from Me, for fear of not being loved. Yes, this is how the world operates, but it is not how I operate. My Love has no expectations or measuring chart for value.

I know you’re longing to be needed and valued, but what if you already are? You are created for My affection. I long to shower you with My affection. But how can I, if your receiver is turned off?

Oh sweet one, how silly it is to think you could do anything for Me. I created you to be loved by Me and to do things together like best friends and lovers. I didn’t create you to do things for Me like servants. I have a whole host of heavenly beings and angels that assist and wait on Me. No, you are My sons and daughters, not servants. Am I an impersonal God? Wouldn’t you be making me out to be quite impersonal if all I wanted and created you for was just to serve Me? No, that is what religion has taught you, but that’s not who I am. I am your true, original Father, and My heart aches for you as any good Father's would! Why do you think you have that mutual hunger in you that aches  and desires for Me? Your free and fun life is designed to be with Me, in utter delight! Loose the bad teaching and enter into what I'm sharing.
