How to Have a Joyful Life When You're Not Feeling It. Word from Papa God for you ...by Amy Meyer  Joy, what do you think it means to live in a place of joy? Papa asked. Do you want to live there? Joy is freely given to all those who will receive it. I (Papa) am Joy. When you knew your sins were completely forgiven past, present, and future, wasn't it the joy you experienced? If you had joy, then, why do you not have joy now? What has changed? Do you really believe... My view of you has changed? Am I asking you to do extra to appease Me? If you have to do that, then what I gave you was not a gift.
Today I was hoping you could make up your mind to start living out of a mindset that everything I give you in life is a gift. Not, because you have earned it in some way. Earning is part of an old system that I pronounced dead, demolished, and took away, never to return. My covenant blessings are gifts and are received by those who believe. You are never to work for them but only to receive every single one with joy and thanksgiving. Live from this place, and you will truly honor Me. I am saddened by My children trying to earn the gifts I have freely given them. Every time you try to earn something from Me, it separates us because you will never feel good enough to earn My blessings. What was meant to draw Me closer to you, you have turned down because you either felt unworthy, which is rooted in false humility, or you have decided it was better to earn My gifts so that you could pat yourself on the back and feel good about what you "accomplished." Both approaches cause separation from Me. What more can I do to show you that I have done everything so that you could always freely and boldly approach Me, run into My arms, and gladly receive My love, as a Father and as My son or daughter would. If you are looking for a joyful life, it will never be found by earning it. My joy is freely given. Let Me shower you with all My goodness! Try it! You will never return to the old way you used to approach Me. Change your mindset. Say, “Today, I am going to receive all of God's goodness without any help on my part." A heart of praise creates a life of joy, regardless of your circumstances. I will use everything that happens to you in life and turn it around for good. I am on your side! Little flock - Our Saviour often represents himself as a shepherd, and his followers as a flock or as sheep. The figure was beautiful. In Judea it was a common employment to attend flocks. The shepherd was with them, defended them, provided for them, led them to green pastures and beside still waters. In all these things Jesus was and is eminently the Good Shepherd. His flock was small. Few "really" followed him, compared with the multitude who professed to love him. But, though small in number, they were not to fear. God was their Friend. He would provide for them. It was his purpose to give them the kingdom, and they had nothing to fear. See Matthew 6:19-21. And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples saith unto him, Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here! And Jesus said unto them, Seest thou these great buildings? For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ and shall deceive many. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. Take heed that no man deceive you. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. See ye not all these things? Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there believe it not. Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh. I am your sign: The days are at hand, and the effect of every vision. For I am the LORD: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass it shall be no more prolonged: for in your days, O rebellious house, will I say the word, and will perform it, saith the Lord GOD. Verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
